Is it me or is he acting more drugged than drunk? He’s so susceptible to orders. Was that said and I just missed it?

    no i was thinking the exact same thing. i think the duke gave him the drug that louis is currently investigating. i think since he liked him he slipped the drug in his drink or something and was gonna make him sleep w him (basically rape him).
