Exporting my reading list

Is there a way to export my reading list in mangago? the website is very unstable and i am so so so scared of losing my reading list. I ll be so thankful if anyone helps, thank u <3

i tried screen recording But It took too long. So i took 3 Days Of writing down all my mangas Bc i have 1000+

I fast srcoll to record only 15 min of recording .

but i dont wanna have to keep updating My list so i have a notepad on my phone and whenever i finish a Manga i copy and paste the name into the note.
