If I was talking about a 1ML, I would properly WRITE IT that way. And if not 1ML, then 1st ML. If I absolutely HAD TO. Personally, I drop the 1st entirely, because the 1ML is literally the main male lead and doesn't need to be numbered, as he's usually who the FL is kissing at the end. (This is not counting true harem novels, which I don't even read.)
HOWEVER I wrote it first (lowercase) ML, therefore meaning IN GENERAL, thereby indicating the literal DOZENS of male leads in various novels who hit up their love interest WHILE STILL ATTACHED to another woman. This is not a treat for you; this is a slap at MLs with poor morals who are literally cheating on women, which I don't find sexy AT ALL.
FURTHERMORE if you can't tell after 30+ chapters if there even is a 2ML or 3ML, then they aren't even worth thinking about. Don't get excited. Yes, there are three other men who crush on Hari, but they never once indicate their interest to her, so you can actually sleep on all of them. Forget about it. (〜￣△￣)〜

The ONLY way you could make that leap is if Hari was surrounded by men with fiancées, like some kind of bigamy magnet. Which clearly isn't the case?? So HOW did you come to such a strange conclusion???
