Shounen ai aren't typically known for having sex in them like yaoi but more for the fluffy, friendly/brotherly love.

oh I know I've read acid rain(I think thats what's it called or acid town) that was one hell of a depressing story it made me depressed for a day

Acid Town is actually part yaoi. G-defend would be a perfect example. It's more shounen ai but with a little sex in it but it's labelled Shounen ai.

im sorry but that story is just confusing and really dark I don't think I've read far enough fir the sex scenes but i feel like nobody will be happy in the end of that story

Acid Town? yeah, its dark. and it didn't help that it went to flash back about the past which made it confusing. I think it was labelled drama as well as yaoi and some other stuff but usually things labelled "drama" aren't always going to be happy go lucky.
