I don't know the title of it, but I have read it before.
It's yaoi, and it's about I think a guy who is working as a host or in a bar and he is in love with the owner. He is also living with the owner. One of the other employee's ask him for help getting fired, he helps and as a reward he is given sex toys. The owner takes this the wrong way and tells him he loves him while raping him.
