Well yea what kinda man would have that long of a genital to reach all the way into the cervix and uterus lol
The cervix is probably too narrow to be able to fit smt inside it without being in labor when you’re dilated too
I could be wrong tho I’m not that into childbirth but i would love to have children later on in life
