mikasa married jean, the child who was wearing the scarf is theirs (i think), isayama already told us about historia in the last chapters ending, levi died, marleyans n eldians (including paradis) hv already joined forces n is living peacefully together and the big tree with a hole at the end is where ymir first got her titan powers. that's all i underdtand and sorry if my explanation was kinda confusing :))

i don't think the kid with the scarf is theirs (the kid might be one of her grand-grand children though). mikasa died waaay before the bombs hit (we saw her get buried at old age). if we assume that the baby she was holding was hers when she was visiting eren's grave, then mikasa dying of old age means that her child should be middle age at least. the kid with the scarf shows up after the bombs had hit, mikasa was long dead by then. so it wouldn't make sense for mikasa's child to still be young and small
