Tbh both of them have good points, it's just a matter of perspective. They both see things differently. It's like when I hold up a book and you say it's a red book because you're seeing the front cover is red on your end, but I say it's a black book because I'm seeing the back cover as black on my end; does not mean it's not the same book.
