Honestly it was a bit jarring how they just kept going after the seme left. Like stay impotent you like someone else haha. Still I don't think they were official by all means do it wasn't a huge let down just surprising.

Personally I understand sex work is a job like any other and don't agree he needed to quit immediately. The MC wasn't bothered either. Idk if you finished the manga also but he does actually switch to directing soon after that

He a porn star it to be expected that he will do work in the porn industry even if it acting,directing, or making toys. And they were only sex friends while the uke was leeching off him at the time so the uke could still do what he please since he wasn’t in a romantic relationship at all with the seme. It’s not classified as cheating.
But this is my opinion and if you don’t like the story because of that one scene then read whatever you like and enjoy that probably doesn’t include the seme or uke being in the porn industry.
