That was a pretty popular look in pop bands a while back, it's still being used I think but I'm not too sure about it
Jean has the opposite of the mullet... his hair is short at the back, mullets are long at the back
I just noticed that Ike Reibun has a lot of characters with the same hair style. Short hair with long hair around the neck. It looks good, but damn there's a lot of them.
