This is me guessing but the congressman and tattoo guy said "blinded by greed" so I think they'll try to screw over man bun and Hobin. Bc tattoo guy has gained hobin's trust with the contract and silenced boxer man and still has the trust of man bun despite deceiving them. So we don't really know his true motives (also he's way shadier then man bun because he's more round about)
