No one is fan translating this. The uploads you get are coming from the official english translation on Lezhin. And it hasn't been that long since the last update (5/16). Love Shuttle updates 3 times a month on the 5/15/25 of the month. As for the raws being 4 chapters ahead, that is normal for a lot of webtoons. The korean version comes out first after all, so that needs to come first before the english version. Love Shuttle raws have always been 4 chapters ahead since the series started. Today is the 25th, so it was updated on Lezhin. The uploader typically uploads it on here within 24-48 hours based on the update dates of the chapters on here. Hope this information helps.
