The manga about 2 boys whose 'share' curse from their ancestor.
The curse will repeat every 100 years.
If one boy get hurt, the other will feel doubled pain or more.
if i remember correctly, the boys have the same scar and when the clumsy one get hit by car, he's fainted and when he conscious, he rush into other boys home to see his conditions.
Actually they both like each other and finally share a kiss. But the uncle of the clumsy one liked him too.
