I found it ironic that Jiwook thought better of the blondie than Seungeon. You barely know the guy. Like has he never wonder why a rich kid would be nice to a poor kid like him? At the very least, Seungeon made it clear that he approach Jiwook because he’s interested in Jiwook. He might’ve lie to get closer to Jiwook, but he never put up the ‘nice guy’ act. I find people like that more trustworthy.
