I think is because instead of her being a forensic scientist she is a Medic(?) of sorts you know and she isnt trying to find her mother more like in Miracle doctor, Ghostly Doctor, and Peerless Alchamist. She’s dealing with family schemes and impersonation problems

I think it's different not only because it is more medicine than forensics, but more importantly, the ML isn't pushy. In FP, the minute he sees his son, he is all over her regardless of her will. This ML is taking his time to convince her even when he is mad and jealous.
