The leads share one braincell

Imagine being this dumb about communication. I don't think they trust or respect each other as much as they think they do. Which is understandable because their relationship is based on a shady contract, but seeing them go back and forth like this makes it seem like their feelings towards each other are insincere. Kirby fl (I forgot her name but her surprised face looks like kirby lol) is doing her best to seduce him but she still dumb. Ml isn't even straight forward with his feelings either because he's just possessive and likes to tease her.
Ugh when is Japan going to get rid of these stereotypical leads in josei/shoujo mangaI'm sick and tired of indecisive and dumb fl. The only reason I still like our kirby fl is because she's ambitious in winning his heart, which is rare because usually the FL in these mangas are literally brain dead when it comes to romance etc. I'm trying not to be picky because this is smut, but I'd be deadass surprised if the author doesn't realize how tiring these troupes and cliches are. It's cute and sexy the first time, but it gets boring. I feel like smut needs a sexy charismatic couple because that would definitely sell well
But it's whatever. I guess dumb bitches are attractive.
