Yes it is, It needs to be approved by a admin in order to be uploaded.
I'm not sure how that works since sometimes ppl upload duplicated or messed up chapters, missing pages chapters or machine translation that doesn't make any sense chapters, there's also that one time a troll kept uploading Fanarts to mess with ppl notifications so, I think they don't really check the chapter, they just hit approved or something but yes, that's normal.

how long does approval usually take?
It took like an hour but now after one approval I can post anything and it won't need an approval again
i have just now tried to upload a chapter, so can anyone tell me is it suppose to have an approve cause it is showing "waiting for approve"
