Help please!

So I need help finding a yaoi I read a long time ago. The uke was a prostitute of some sort, and spoke Japanese. The seme pretended like he couldn't in the beginning, in hopes that the uke would be more honest if he though nobody could understand him. I also remember that at one part the seme thinks the uke is cheating on him or something, because he's meeting up with some strange guy, but it turns out that the uke was taking lessons to learn how to read so he could use the dictionary the seme gave him.
