Seond volume: A guy in a grade below them confesses to Noshiro (bulky big) and they start hanging out a lot and Sanada gets jealous. Also the girl confesses and gets rejected.
Third volume: Sanada tells the girl he's gay and shes very supportive. The guy a grade below is still in the picture but Noshiro never accepted his confession. Also he slowly starts to realize he likes Sanada, especially after hearing Sanada and Hide (his ex) used to bathe together, eat meals etc.
So yeah in he end they both confess and start going out.
