So Wolfgang (current king) basically ignored Shins words and continued to be in love wif Shin.
Shin gets weaker due the poison he received when he was kidnapped so Wolfgang goes to a place to look for a cure, they kind of have a fight coz of that and Wolfgang commands him to stay behind.
Wolfgang and few other people goes to mystery land (idk the name) to look for the cure that only one person can make and then they get tested to be worthy or some shit, they pass lol.
While all of this is happening Shin is overworking himself and hallucinating an evil version of himself feeding him with doubts. Shin finds someone writing fan fiction of the king and shin, the king and the brother with dark hair (aka Ulysses's boytoy), brother with dark hair is disgusted and eventually they find the person who made the stories and Shin decided to give the person a promotion to somethiny i dont remember.
And then the last chapter I read is of that purplr dude (Ulysses?) And it was a flashback.
Dawg thank you so so much I legit couldn't sleep cause I was so angry and said and I don't think that I'm very good at handling angst. Do you know how the story ends?
Currently there is a flashback going on for the purple flowery guy and how he met his bodygaurds? So that's the last thing i read

So I just finished chapter 50 of King's Maker and im not sure if I can continue this story. I fucking love everything from the plot to pacing to characters. however, if im being frank, this story is so emotionally draining that I basically can't handle it. Um so if anyone can give me spoilers. the part I left off on was where Shin told His Majesty that he should take a wife. Thanks babes <3
