I think someone in the comment said there was an extra that explain the seme did try to sleep with someone else but failed of self-guilt, and when he left at night he went to a guy friend's place... Well nothing is confirmed unless we get the extra chapter...

The seme is such a player aargghh the plot is too traditional, seme became a bad guy, have sex buddy, blonde his hair, etc. Same goes for the uke, too complicated thinking. Overall it's annoying. Well at least the art is good (⌒▽⌒)
