I don't really think that's what happened here sweetie. He used the uke's insecurities to manipulate him into thinking he had no one. The last panels were showing us that his friends were more supportive and even knew about his problem. The seme knew this too but chose to emotionally isolate him. I was so disappointed when the seme turned out to just be another shit rapist because this was actually cute in the beginning
