They both need therapy I'm assuming that the step mother is a groomer tbh she's way too touchy tbh and the uke having a panic attack it's clearly show that he have some sort of trauma from the last and i don't like how the seme use him too and only think about himself in that situation when the uke was CLEARLY having a mental breakdown.
