From what I understand he can only time travel for those how have "strong feelings" Naoto who wanted to save his sister desperately, and now Mikey who finally admitted he wanted to be 'saved' he never wanted to die. So he's probably now stuck as a HS student until he savess Mikey.
Some parts are confusing and does that mean take-michi (I forgot the name) can do time leap time travel??
