Sure, but this particular change is kind of - disturbing, to say the least. Yul's proportions are getting closer to a (very) younger model and seeing him in sexual scenes would make some readers feel uncomfortable, it's already apparent if you read most of the comments in this thread. Even in the korean sites, people are wondering why Yul's features keeps getting smaller, sven calling him an "elementary student"
The author is dealing with improving their anatomy which can cause a unrealistic look until practiced and learned fully. The author has improved very much from their last book where everyone was the same height and proportions. Not saying you’re slandering the author but I am really tired and annoyed with these people making fun of and degrading the author like they can control their art phase which everyone has to go through. It really bugs me when I see people saying the author is trying to condone pedophila or something because it’s just disrespectful and inconsiderate.
I wasn't implying that the author was intentionally condoning pedophilia, it's merely a
observation based on a lot of readers' comments with regards to his body change. I understand that styles change. I'm really just wondering why there's such a big shift because in the earlier chapters, their body proportions were actually more realistic, at least for me.
Like I said the change is because of developing improvement. Also from what you said you said it was disturbing which yes it’s your opinion but then again the author cannot control that. I think people who are never drawn think that art style is just something you can change out of the blue but it takes time and the author is improving because at first it was “the lips and size are the same change it” and now that they are trying it’s “he looks like a child change it” but it doesn’t work like that it takes time. So seeing people say unnecessary comments on how they don’t like it and how it’s bad is really annoying for the people who understand the author is trying and are invested in the plot. People need to let the author breath and let them know that it’s okay and they can take their time to improve and not stress them out with “ I’m going to drop this because of the style” and “ your art is so off putting”. As a artist comments like that during improvement kill you because this is what you do for a living and you are doing your best.
If you're going to put this much effort on one personal comment, might as well do it for the past and the future comments that'll come because based on the thread of opinions, you'll be seeing opinions like mine for a while. The thing is, me not liking the change in style won't prevent any of the future and current readers/fans from still reading and appreciating this manhwa and Clarju. I didn't even say that I'd drop this manhwa just because the current style isn't to my personal liking. I know that I'm coming off very mean here but it's natural for some people to voice out opinions that aren't subtle. It's happened once at it will most probably happen still, it sucks but that's reality.
You may not believe me but I do like the story. Would I have done this on a legal site where I know the author can see my comment? I probably won't. It just so happens that I've put into words what I've been feeling about the art style because I shared the same sentiments with other readers and my opinion doesn't sit well with you. It's understandable but telling people to just quit reading (as said by that other fellow) or making assumptions because of one complaint isn't making it any better.
I'm not intentionally trying to be a prick, and believe it or not I do appreciate efforts where it's due. I've even bought some earlier chapters of this manhwa in Lezhin too if that makes it any better. Either way, I understand where you're coming from and I appreciate you taking a stand for any and all artist. Just so you know I'm not going to drop this manhwa and I'll read to the end because I want to know and understand what happens. If I can still save some coins, I'll probably buy some chapters on Lezhin too, if I can.
Yes I am very aware that people have and will continue to make judgments on these topics and I do not think because you have a distaste for where the art stands now that you are not appreciating the story and I never though that your comment had much ill intent. I was just expressing how a large group of people are going about this topic and how it can be frustrating for other people. Your comment wasn’t anything that I would say was negative however most people who do comment on the art tend to have a more intense option which has caused people who never saw anything wrong with it in a different light and they also become inconsiderate when they don’t know the effort being put forth. I was honestly just expressing how it can be just repetitive to see the same comments over and over when some people are just trying to have a good time and enjoy the book and have conversations about the plot. Also I would like to make it clear I have no type of problem or anything with you I honestly think you were just trying to point out the obvious which is that the art changed but I’m hoping the people who do act rudely towards the art see this somehow and have a change of heart to be a little more considerate for the authors position.

The concept of the story started out great but after the 1st season, everything became so confusing and I really don't like that their body proportions keep changing :(
