Ok first, I think they haven't been able to communicate properly because the uke is a vanilla and it's probably the dom's first time in handling that too that's why he's been thoughtful or something (and how awkward it is for them to talk about it since uke doesn't know a thing). He's being extremely thoughtful like it's his first time thinking about someone that much lmao (jokes) anyway it seems to me the communication part is hard between them since there's always something that came up because of the stalker thing. So when the time comes for them to finally do it the Dom loses his patience already and the sub is already meek because of it. So technically speaking they would work on it eventually because both are ready to submit to this kind of relationship.
