also, if you watch j-dramas, do look for honey and clover it's lovely, my favourite. you'll be able to watch the gang in their art college. you can read the manga too, it's by chica umino, it's an award-winning shoujo manga.
Manga about art? Doesn't matter what genre, but I guess I prefer shoujo or yaoi.
