I predict that the house spirit took on Tsukasa’s body, cause in the earlier chapters young Hanako meets Yashiro during a festival and says “I need to hurry and get back to my brother, he gets violent other wise” or sum, so I think spirit might’ve taken Tsukasa body and grew a fucked up mind from Tsukasa’s pure love for Amane and twisted it to some weird obsession, which could lead to all that theory of sexual assault. Just a theory tho
