I have a doubt. So they take blood to check for compatibility so does it mean that if one of them needs an organ the other can donate? Too sleep deprived to figure out... help?

I think in their universe, compatibility is like DNA and stuff, not just purely the blood.. like a mother and child have similar DNA but can have different blood type? Idk man

They dont have the same DNA but a big resemblance since half of the DNA comes from the mommy
Otherwise all the mothers would be able to donate their organs to their kids without the need of medication
