From what I know, Japanese companies can be really competitive and stressful, so targeting the “weaker” employees is not frowned upon or even encouraged. It’s usually written off as encouraging them to do better even thought it’s probably more like bullying and improving your own chances. So yeah, making fun of small mistakes terrible, especially how normalized it is.
It's maybe a minor detail but how the fuck was it a major blunder to drop papers. Had it been a dude who had done that it'd be treated as a minor mistake like it is. I dunno, not allowing small mistakes is a toxic environment. It makes ppl wanna curl further into a ball. Well some ppl thrive in that environment but they should be the exception not the standard.
Lady love yourself more please. You ain't need a man to validate yourself. One things for certain, if yu ain't love yourself, yu can't love anybody. Not healthily anyway.
