i really hope thats not a depiction of someone you actually know. otherwise, they should not be allowed to drink. they are responsible enough if they are getting drunk enough to want to drive.

It's unfortunate how accurate that depiction of being drunk is. "m' gonna go buy some ice cream." While stark naked and drunk off your ass...and probably with your keys in your hand until someone tackles you.
