I’m sorry... was that marriage argument suppose to sound smart and be like death note amazing that the princess was able to weasel her way out of the 1 month wedding? Because to me (and the prince) it sounded hella dumb and made me want to drop this story. Also the duke laughing?!?Before this part in the story I could understand why the duke thought she was interesting, like with the sword scene and when she went to meet the prince for the first time, but there was nothing intriguing about this convo unless he was intrigued by how dumb the convo was, I feel like he was used just to prove that this was some highball play made from the princess lmao..... idk maybe it’s just me lol
