yona doesn't have the illness though, she's just the reincarnation of king hiryuu. soo won's illness is probably getting worse faster cause he overworks himself
If that was true then why did soo won"s mom die?
All ancestors die young and is sped up with over work his mother was older than him when she passed
Remember how King Il didn't want yona to wage war or even spill blood? What if that's the correlation. What if the more blood you spill the faster you die. And since soo won has spilled quite a lot... but even then there is something missing.
