Even if the story was rushed, I think the story was kind of good nonetheless (excluding the last chapter). What they should have done though, was put this story on hold, and just create a nother with that idea of theirs. Unless, there was a due date? But to me, it just seems like the author just literally gave up mid-way.
It feels like the author just wanted to end this to focus on another story or just start a new one cause that was rushed asf
