Um... It took me a second glance at the chapter, but he looks alive, but he's just breathing hard. I mean, he did just shoot up a bunch of people at what looks like an auction house. That's tiring. Especially if it's a big auction house. I don't think he's bleeding though.

I checked the last panel again. I think you're right! He's breathing heavy, you can see the little 'clouds' of air. I'm sooo happy he's alive!
