i think you can just search the title if the manga up and add the word "anime" behind it google will probably give you answers on where to watch it :)

cannot believe after years of rewatching the anime i finally read the manga my god i love these two so much and i may have teared up when they tied the knot ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
