Yeah I agree with you on how he got over the ex so quick but the way I see it is that the ex had no clear answer on where mc was or if he even was alive so that made his feelings linger for much longer and it was harder for him to move on. Meanwhile right from the start mc had been told that he had to get over his ex and I would say that whatever lingering questions he could have had were answered so he was able to deal with things a bit better and just focus on getting better
Mc love's different. He sees that his ex has moved on so he doesn't want to burden him anymore. Especially not after he got slapped in the face by his ex. He blames himself for causing his ex so much pain. He doesn't want to put him through any more pain. The ml just so happened to be there for him, helping him through it all leading to love between them.
It's natural IMO
Its not like he moved on but he HAS to move on since Tae moved on with someone else and even was rude to him when he called him up. Now Tae is regretting but the mc isn't aware of that plus the new man in his life is the one who took care of him, helped him heal so ofc he fell in love with him. He is still not fully over Tae yet but that doesn't change the fact he has now fallen for someone who is there for him.
He was forced to move on though. He tried to make up with Taejoo but he didn't want to meddle between him and Youngwoo. Then he starts having sex with Kwon just to forget and then slowly started recovering. His situation is different from Taejoo's because in Taejoo's case he had no idea what to do. In Yoon's case, he was being told to let go from the start. It hurt alot more to be told that it is over, but he got over it quicker for that reason.
People change over the time regardless short or long and so does feelings. It does happened in real life as well. I have a friend that grew up together for 9yrs with his partner but end up separated and within a year my friend found a new love that had now live life together with kids.
It’s not selfish to easily move on. Things just happened and it’s whether people wanted to dwell more in the past or simply move forward. There’s no standard time as how long one should move on to the new love after a failed relationship.
Life is full of trial and error, best to just go with the flow even if it looks absurd to others. That’s how Youngwoo wanted to live his life after the heartbreak and misery.
uhm okay wow yikes who puked in your soup? he was forced to get over his ex,,, he woke up from a coma, saw his ex with someone else, told to get over him multiple times, struggled with getting over him because he WOKE UP FROM A COMA not knowing the man he loved was with somebody else. and how do you know he got over it? he may just fooling himself that he’s over him because ever since he woke up that’s what he was told, that he needed to get over taejoo. he is healing, he’s trying to move on one day at a time. toon is just trying to move on like taejoo moved on. everyone’s grieving period for relationships are different so just because it takes you 3 years or however many years to get over your ex doesn’t mean everyone is takes that long to get over one,,,

Sooo no-one is going to talk about how fast mc forgot about his ex?? Like his ex couldn't forget him for 5 years?!!!(and i know he pushed him away first but still) And even though there was someone who loved him and cared for him he still loved mc! And mc forgot him after half a year?? And on top of that he fell in love with someone who wasn't really nice to him well he wasn't particularly bad to him but that's not the point. Well there's nothing really surprising though nearly all stories r like this. But in real life it wouldn't be like this, this is not realistic at all. This is just typically fictional story hah
