Don’t worry to much about the blonde guy because in the raws Juin doesn’t let him take advantage of him and can be cold towards him. The reason why blonde guy doesn’t want to leave him alone is because of Juin’s brother and he witnessed(his powers) a traumatic event that occurred in the house involving Juin and his brother and doesn’t feel comfortable leaving him alone with him (the brother is going to move in later). He actually told Juin he would leave if he kicked his brother out, but Juin said he couldn’t since it’s his brother.
