I think the chap 3 is a different manhwa and this Resurrection of the Catastrophic Hero manhwa is an actual promo.. the two has a different art style..

Most of the time the promo and the manhwa get different styles cuz their aren't made by the same artist

No wait, now that I reread the promo, I don't think is the same story. Like, the promo mentions 13 heros and the ml is one of them, this 3rd chapter talks about 9 heroes and there is no tower

it could possibly be due to translations or the manhwa is changing some things up ( unless it really is something else )
