He did call Ah in friend, who he met once and also caught Ah-in's "boyfriend" so he never had a chance to run in the first place ╮(￣▽￣)╭
if I remember correctly, he wasn't going to go to the second appointment but the guy unexpectedly came to pick him up at the station for the appointment, which told the uke that the seme knew where he was and that if he didn't go it would mean admitting he knew something was wrong at the house previously. (disclaimer I don't know if I'm remembering correctly haha)
