while reading this, i realized i’ve been in taichi’s position. after being confessed to from a long time friend, i would think about it every night and think “why me?” i wanted to know what her thoughts were throughout the years shes liked me. after i rejected her, i felt like i was the bad guy. why couldn’t i like her? i was very confused and when i read it, i was finally able to see someone go through what i did. it was well written and shows the struggles!
