the manga seems to have a theme of short timeskips with little to no warning. I guess you’ll have to rely on context clues or the explanations after each timeskip to follow the events.

I just finished binging it so the flow of the story was kinda understandable, but I’m sure it’d be confusing to me as well if I read one chapter weekly, which I have to do moving forward (￣∇￣")
So Toge lost his arm after Sukuna opened his domain expansion. Panda is captured because he was a special cursed corpse if I am not mistaken I not remember much about Panda. After Geto escaped, Yuuji didn't return to Jujutsu Tech as he was wanted, to heal Toge, Yuuta was sent to kill Yuuji but he didn't. He just pretend to kill Yuuji and made Naoya told the higher ups that he had killed Yuuji. Megumi and Yuuji and the others also currently looking for what's her name again, Angel I guess to free Gojo and to save Tsumiki (Megumi's step-sister)

Context clues hahahahaha. Sukuna's domain cut objects or people within a range, and the people Toge evacuated got cut up, which no doubt should've left him with injuries as well. After Yuuta arrived, he was angry at Yuuji for making Toge lose his arm, which no doubt happened during Sukuna's domain expansion.
