Truth is that kind of relationship was something created by the p*rn industry cuz there was a market for inc*st but they couldn't depict it cuz it was a crime... so... step family, cousins, uncles and non directly blood related were used instead cuz it was close enough. It is a whole genre called fauxcest, false inc*st, that's actually very popular.
