Maybe romantic feelings will foster but that will be in a later of the story. This ks very complicated because basically the princess is an adult spiritually and mentally. If she harbors feelings for Kahil it would be bad, if Kahil harbors feelings for the princess it would be bad as well. ( No grooming is happening still in the story as the have their own character development, and if ever there is we don't know who groomed who)
