Reading some comments makes me laugh a bit, bi erasure and all the complaints about that? Well if you are a lesbian and want to live only with other lesbians and not bi girls, well that's the right of the house owner right? Similiar like it would be wanting to have a completely no smoking cast in there. Hell there are homes and places which are off-limits to homosexuals too in real world. If main character is bi and it seems she is rather a closeted bisexual, then she should simply read the rules better next time instead of going blindly into it. Would a smoker want to live in a no smoking apartment where she would need to hide all the time she is smoking? And would non-smokers want to have such a person living with them? plus the only reason she wants to live here is a low rent and closeness to her workplace.
