For the first half it kind of seemed like it was teasing the supernatural element and those really were hallucinations and something really tramatic happened in their childhood where they ended up killing the parents but like without the lore back story involved. Also I thought MC would totally go all cop on him in the end or something. I'm actually glad I was wrong. I like this ending way better haha
