I'm late but their relationship gets better as they get to know each other better. No relationship is perfect and no person is either and yes gain is a bit of a jerk at first since he's a dominant omega and doesn't take hyeon-oh seriously but they have a genuine bond and you'll feel giddy with their relationship after a while lol.
