Osiris wants Seth only to himself, he would never allow Anubis to touch Seth, even if it was himself controlling the boy's body.
Also i highly doubt it because Anubis is now a fullfledged god and would even lend his body to do such a thing.

I have a theory about seth and anubis. I think anubis might rape seth in the next few chapters Why? Osiris said anubis better not fail him next time depicting don’t fail to rape seth or trick seth into going duat the next time and since Osiris can control anubis body he can control anubis I also saw a fanart of Seth x Anubis I don’t know why but I think it means anubis will rape seth the next chapters.
