I finally realized why when I read stories with annoying male leads or female leads I drop them immediately. I've been tricked into believing that if they start off bad they will stay bad within the story. Because people don't know how to wrote character development, theres so many stories that end up that way So whenever I see that a character within the story is slowly changing I go, "fuck that- they haven't changed their a still a bitch, they won't be change" I won't even give them a chance- yo I've been robbed of that experience.
