Many years ago I read this manga and cried while not exactly understanding why their relationship has to turn out that way. I reread it again and again, cried and still could not understand. Yet the drawing and characters were stuck to my heart. Years later and and the present me decided to seek out this series again. And in it I found a diamond mine. And most I most importantly, I finally get it as after having been thru similar experience myself. It’s an alluring manga that stomps on our need to judge the characters, whether what they did was reasonable, right or wrong. It shows a rather raw and painfully realistic side of love, of human’s complicated emotions and so on. I also absolutely love the quotes put in the cover. They hit deep :’)
